Gnomie takes his co-pilot job seriously, planning out the trip over breakfast.

Kept finding myself pulling over and enjoying the scenery. This photo doesn't show how really beautiful the drive was. 

When I stopped to shot this picture, Gnomie jumped up on the dashboard. He loves to watch the semis. 

Photos from our stop at painted Cliff. Gnomie just peeked out through the sunroof because the wind was blowing so hard and was so cold. Think that he might be an inside gnome when we get home!!!

Gnomie wants to play. Where's Gnomie??? Think that he's been in the car WAY TOO LONG!! 

I looked for Gnomie in this store for over an hour! Seems he forgot to tell me that we were playing hide and seek.

Boy, Gnomie is a fast learner!!! Strangers are only friends that you haven't met yet. The locals are loving Gnomie! 

Made it to the hotel, but couldn't get Gnomie in the hot tub. He was worried about melting his snow base (after all he is a winter gnomie hence the snowshoes) But he was great at standing guard over my towel. The place we are staying at is great and Gnomie is excited beause the man at the desk gave him a full size bed!

Gnomie got stuck trying to get his bedtime snack, SILLY, SILLY GNOMIE!!!! Well that's it for tonight!! Came up with new names for each other, so "Gnomie my Homie" and "Missycat" are off to bed.

After his bath Gnomie wanted to see the pictures that I posted last night. (He fell asleep before they were done). Gnomes have the cutest laugh. Can't wait to start the day!! Have to go for now, but we are sure to find some great adventures! Keep you posted. 

wow, when you travel with someone you really get to know them. Gnomie has never had a bubble bath. So this photo marks a big moment for him. Plus, I didn't know that gnomes bath with their clothes on. Asked about that one and the answer should have been clear to me from the start. Where in the forest is there a place to plug in a washer and clothes dryers take the big ampage. So obvious. 

Gnomie had a very busy day. I had to carry him into the room. But they had this really nice bed for him in the window. Goodnight little Gnomie!! That's all until tomorrow!! 

More amazing sunset photos! 

Gnomie and I pulled over and watched the sunset between Las Vegas, and Santa Fe New Mexico. Pretty nice, glad to be traveling with someone who doesn't mind stopping for the little things. 

That Gnomie is a great guy. While I was gasing up the mini he ran in and ponied up some cash for some snacks. What a nice surprise, he's really a great travel companion. Loves the same music I do. Is a great conversationalist. Now I know why Judy always takes him!

That silly gnomie! Then he only survived on bug hit, before he wanted back in. 

Good to have Gnomie along to take some photos for me. He seems to do a great job. 

Had lunch with Lynn in Pueblo. Lynn always know the best places for Dessert!!!! Had a great time with Lynn lots of catching up. Even though we haven't seen each other for years we can always just pick up where we left off. 

Gnomie and Missy's trip to Phoenix

Gnomie knows how to start the day off right. We picked up our Starbucks and we're on our way at 9:30. This is the first time traveling with gnomie, hope that there are no fights.
